Albania Reports a Budget Surplus of Approximately US$867.5 Million

Figures reported on 23 October showed Albania’s consolidated budget surplus reached ALL 61.6 billion (approximately US$867.5 million) during January–September 2026, compared with ALL 47 billion in the same period of 2025. The surplus is a fiscal balance, not a newly awarded government contract or an available procurement budget; public agencies and policy advisers can explore expenditure dashboards, fiscal forecasting and programme analytics, while HPC can provide data-processing support through a project-specific quotation.
